modernmartyr

modern martyr, aka angela wiedermann, was born in 1977 in vienna. after breaking off studies of psychology, she worked as an autodidact fashion designer and sold her outfits at local viennese stores.

in october 2004, she was accepted as a student at the fashion department of viennas university of applied arts, but soon left because of ideological differences. she worked on her first complete collection "press one for purgatory, press 2 for reincarnation“.
the collections “the princess and I” and “my my is my castle” followed.

modernmartyr sells her collections at Polyklamott, At first sight and Art up in vienna. abroad, her collections are available at Kokon To Zai london/paris, The Pineal Eye / london, and KNIQ in hongkong. Via onlineshop modernmartyr items are available at fish&soup (SONG).
